Every home we build is designed to reasonably maximise energy efficiency and mitigate environmental impact. Our homes all utilise effective insulation and efficient glazing. Additionally, each home is compliant with building regulations and equipped with energy-efficient appliances and low-energy lighting. Renewable energy is also key to lowering carbon footprint and our homes often include a variety of air source heat pumps, EV chargers, and PV Solar Panels.
This approach to site selection and building, not only supports sustainable living, but also ensures that our homes remain comfortable, functional, and efficient for decades.
As part of our community and environmental stewardship, at each of our developments, we strive to engage with the local community. From litter picking in Emsworth with the Westbourne Scouts, close to our Harbour Reach development, or running a ‘bug house’ competition with Easebourne Primary School, through our Farriers Court development, we engage with local communities. This enables us to share our environmental goals and our support for local wildlife with bat boxes, swift bricks and wildflower meadows.
Since 2021, we have been actively measuring our impact with the aim of reducing our carbon footprint, energy use and waste, while fostering positive social impacts within our business and the communities we serve.
