Maritime Park – Build Update
Recent progress on site has continued despite the spell of very wet and very cold weather we’ve experienced, which has affected some of the external programme.
We are pleased to confirm that Home 1, our 5‑bedroom detached show home, is now fully completed. Alongside this, the first six homes are nearing completion and will be the first to hand over to customers in the Spring.
We have also recently opened our second show home, a beautifully finished 3‑bedroom townhouse, which has been warmly received by visitors.
Construction continues at pace across the wider development. We are now in the advanced stages of build on the next phase of homes and the apartment building, with the final four homes also well underway. The overall programme remains on track, with the houses anticipated to complete in late Summer 2026, followed by the apartments thereafter.
As part of the ongoing infrastructure works, the utility companies are carrying out extensive service installations, which has caused some disruption on the main road. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
In addition, we have begun works on Newtown Road to form the new entrances and footpaths for the development. Once again, we apologise for any disruption and will continue to do our best to minimise the impact on our neighbours, visitors, and road users.
