Construction update 2nd May 2024 - 

Demolision works are now finished and foundations including drainage works are now underway. 

Construction Update 12th January 2024 -

Works have starting inside the school building to remove asbestos material in preperation for demolision. 

On-site Update 9th January 2024 -

The on-site archaeological works have been undertaken and now complete. 

Public notice 31st October 2023 -

Current works in Easebourne Street are not connect to our planned developmment for Easebourne Street. These works are being undertaken by the Local Authority to clear debris from the water culverts.
