Royal Green – Build Update January 2026

We are pleased to confirm that all new‑build homes at Royal Green are now fully completed and have been successfully handed over to customers. It’s been great to see the new community beginning to take shape.

Works are now focused on the conversion of the former school building, which includes the creation of the Mews Cottages. Progress continues steadily on this next phase, with build completion expected in Summer 2026.
