Senior Sales Executive Appointed to Forest Edge

Metis Homes has appointed Sandra Warner as a Senior Sales Executive. Ms Warner will administer the sales and customer journey at the recently launched Forest Edge development, located in the Hampshire town of Fordingbridge, known as the northern gateway to The New Forest.

Sandra Warner has been in the new homes industry for five years, having changed career in 2017. She joins Metis Homes from Maitland Selwyn New Homes and Foresite Recruitment, having undertaken a variety of on-site sales roles for regional and national housebuilders. More recently, Sandra has also worked directly for Bovis Homes (now part of Vistry Group), where she delivered the sales at two developments in West Sussex.

Prior to changing her career, Ms Warner was employed in senior roles, working in London and overseas.

Sandra has worked with us in an agency capacity at two of our previous developments, so she brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the role, as well as the valuable insight gained from working across so many residential schemes over the past five years.

Sandra’s key responsibilities at Metis Homes will include meeting and greeting customers, following up sales enquiries, sales negotiation, sales centre and show home presentation, managing the customer journey process from initial enquiries through to legal completion and handover, market research, and continual liaison with the on-site construction team.

Over 40% of the 63 Forest Edge houses and apartments have already been matched with buyers at the off-plan stage. The exclusive Hampshire development is close to the River Avon, near to the Dorset and Wiltshire borders. The first homes at the popular scheme are scheduled for completion from spring 2023.

Homes are also selling well off-plan at Metis Homes’ Harbour Reach development in the Hampshire town of Emsworth. New schemes to be launched in 2023 are located in the West Sussex neighbourhoods of Midhurst and Nutbourne, and in the Hampshire town of New Alresford.
